"Cats on the Side of New York," a recent project that was born from the idea for an AP art class assignment. My theme for my classes portfolio is "The little things of the city," and the inspiration for this painting came from the overlooked cats that roam the streets of New York and get abandoned. This project aims to bring attention to these often forgotten feline inhabitants of the city.
